First inpressions not as good as the main lobby has a smoking room right outaide the elevator whoch becomes the first thing nitocable in the elevator and lobby and my forst experience with the staff felt a bit impatient as i was reading the check in machine. The smoke is not noticable once you head towards the upper levels and rooms. Only other thing of note is a slight stain on the wall above the can trash bin in my room but still seemed cleaned and sanitized as much as it could. Howver every day after entirely improved with amazong breakfast, amazong locations to hiroshima center, and further interactions with the staff was very nice and pleasant. Overall an 8/10 i was worried from first impressions but the room, staff, area, and breakfast were great. Just dislike the smoke room and its location

Close to street car stations and walkable to Memorial Peace Park. Plenty of eating and shopping options close by. The room was compact, possibly a little too compact for 2 adults with a suitcase each but fine if you only really need somewhere to sleep & shower.
