We had a wonderful time at the Hilton in Hiroshima. The rooms were large and had great beds, towels... The pool and hot tub were an extra treat. It was easy stroll from the hotel to Peace Park and to the train station and other sites from the hotel. And most importantly, the service was impeccable. After very full days, we decided to eat at the hotel both nights, which was unusual for us. We didn't make a reservation at the buffet but they squeezed us in anyway. And the food and ambience was quite nice. There aren't however, as many smaller local restaurants near the hotel. But everything else about the place made up for it.

The Hilton Hiroshima was up to the standard you would expect from a Hilton in all respects but one. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However the food both in the buffet breakfast and the dining room buffet in the evening was mostly cold, not cool but actually cold. Buffets are rarely hot but are usually at least warm. This was the only aspect of our stay that was disappointing.

This is an excellent hotel. It's almost brand new; rooms and facilities are in top shape; the business lounge serves an excellent breakfast and evening snacks; and the main restaurant offers an outstanding buffet, one of the best I've ever seen! Stayed in Premium room with 2 twin beds.... very spacious, quiet and clean room with nice view of the city on the 13th floor. Separate toilet/bath area very large as well. Very quick and efficient checkin. Checkin/checkout Staff was very efficient, friendly and professional and all spoke very good english (by japanese standard)... which is likely why there is a larger percentage of western/european tourist. We stayed for 2 nights and purchased the half board plan (buffet breakfast and dinner). Quality was decent for buffet standard, but for those staying consecutive nights, variety was pretty much the same for both days [breakfast and dinner]. (Restaurant.should rotate more choices on consecutive days) Purchased drinks (alcohol and non alcohol) is abit on the expensive side but expected for this type of restaurant. Hotel has a nice 20m pool and hot tub, but unfortunately lacks traditional onsen baths. Overall, i was very happy with my stay and would recommend anyone to come here.

If you are visiting Hiroshima this is a great spot to stay. The hotel was fantastic, very clean and the room was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the stay was excellent.

Great location, walking distance to Peace museum and A-dome, plus ferry for Miyajima. Clean and modern, comfy beds, great restaurants. Probably my most comfortable stay on my whole Japan trip. Highly recommend :)
