What a wonderful place to stay in ten beautiful city of Hiroshima. Easy 15 min walk from the train station and an easy 10-15 min walk to all the places to see such as Peace Memorial Park, the castle and Shukkeien gardens. The streetcars run directly from the hotel also and I was able to take the streetcar out to the Miyajima ferry from the stop 5 mins away for ¥240 each way. Amazing! My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great amenities in the room and I slept really well in the comfy bed. I enjoyed all the food and drinks provided daily by the property from breakfast to ochazuke at bedtime. Everything was fresh and delicious, I loved it all. The staff are the best part of a stay here, I was impressed by the professional and efficient staff who were all kind and friendly. Thank you so much for everything! I will definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends who visit Hiroshima.

Had an excellent three night stay in February 2025. They upgraded me to a double room, which was spacious and gave me a welcome beverage of sparking wine (via Expedia VIP). They offer a lot of value for guests including free coffee service, cocktails at happy hour and a late night snack of ochazuke, all complimentary for hotel guests. Facilities are also clean and laundry facilities are a big plus! Overall I had an excellent stay and would give their other hotels a try as well.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Intergate Hiroshima. Breakfast was especially good with lots of vegetable choices, and we appreciated the free drinks and snacks on offer. The room was quiet and comfortable.

It was a fuss free check in experience. As we drove to the hotel, parking on the first day was a bit of an issue as the hotel parking was fully booked out. The staff however was very kind to share the alternative parking areas which were close by. We managed to get a slot after waiting for 5mins as the carparks around the area were all full. We managed to park in the hotel for the next 4 days. Do note that parking will take a while as cars are parked in a car lift Service. So only the driver is allowed to drive in and then driver has to exit. Staff will use a machine to bring up your car to a slot. Similarly staff will help you to bring the car down and only driver can go in to drive the car out. Service wise it is great. Staff is alwaya greeting you throughout the day. I especially love the lounge services throughout the day with all the snacks and drinks and ochazuke through the different hours. Only thing I wished could be better is probably room cleanliness. You can see many stains around the walls etc. Some how it makes it look old and dirty. But other than that I think it's a great hotel to be in!
