We were lucky to be on the 16th floor with a wonderful view over Hiroshima Castle. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were efficient and helpful. A great place to stay

Hotel room was a bit dated and had not been deep cleaned in a long time - there was a thick layer of dust underneath the furniture that gave the room a weird smell even though it was a non-smoking room. Furniture was old and well used but functional. Breakfast options were plentiful. Staff was super accommodating. Washer and dryer were convenient but we had to air dry clothes even after adjusting the dryer load size. Views of the city from our room were breathtaking. Location is convenient if you're visiting the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. Would definitely consider going back if rooms were updated/tefreshed.

The area was very convenient. The room I was in was outdated and smelled a little like a smoking room. I booked 2 rooms and the second didn’t smell like a smoking rooom. The views were big and had a great view.

The room was large enough, however when we booked we could only get a room with 2 single beds, even though we are a couple. Although, I have given mostly 3 stars this is due to the bathroom being very dated, the hand towel was under the bench which kept falling off on the floor. The shower over the bath was hard to get in and out of, but thankfully they had a hand rail to stop you from falling over. With cleaning, the beds are not made - not expecting new sheets, just tidied and this didn’t happen. The hotel was very close to the attractions we wanted to see, which was the reason for booking the room.
