Very clean and quiet. Close to train station, only one minute walk. I had a complicated issue, managers took responsibilities to solve it. Will stay there again if I visit Hiroshima.

Esperienza eccezionale dal check-in al check-out. Stanza piccola ma confortevole e dotata di tutto, cuscini e materasso comodissimo. Bagno essenziale ma perfetto. In reception era disponibile tutto il necessario e anche di più (fino alla maschera per il viso e alla cera per i capelli). Posizione ottima accanto alla stazione. Colazione buona. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

Adequate for sleeping but cleaning could be better (urine around back of toilet, edges of carpets clearly not vacuumed). Suggest removing microwaves from laundry room as the foods some guests are cooking there make the laundry room stink. We were refused the ability to buy breakfast in the morning because it was “full” (it wasn’t - there was lots of free space). Beds a bit hard.

The room was large enough for the two of us. The twin beds were larger than most twins and were exceptionally comfortable as was the bedding itself. We purchased the breakfast buffet our first morning and it was varied enough for our taste. The staff were polite and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast room staff who were open and gregarious providing a casual, homey atmosphere. Our only real complaint is that tv was limited to Japanese stations, and dint seem to incluse
