A great budget hotel with a konbini (convenience store) right on the ground floor—super handy. There are some hidden gems nearby where you can get excellent okonomiyaki from really friendly staff. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome, Peace Park, and Museum. A solid choice for location and value.

It is in a very good location being near the Hiroshima Station and also the street car stop. Many food options and shopping are just at the station. The Lawson below the hotel is good place to get midnight snack if you are hungry.

Sotetsu Fresa Hotels are a gem. Ihave stayed at them in Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. Very clean and well kept. They have a great breakfast and are situated well in the middle of the cities close to public subways and transportation. Plus, they also seem to always be near a Lawson Store for access to food, drinks and items you may need later on in the day. Highly recommended!
