Enjoyable stay at The Knot. Property was conveniently located to the electric railway and walkable to Hondori and the Peace Park. Knot coins were a fun addition to the stay for use at the bar upstairs.

The Knot has a lovely bar concept on the top floor. The area is central and has good access to many of the local attractions and different restaurants. It is near to the Peace Museum and memorial. As a hotel though it was the poorest of our trip. The check in was haphazard and then we were sent to an incorrect room that had not finished being cleaned. The cleaner sent a manger who took our room key off us and gave no explanation or apology. We felt as if we had done something wrong. I still have no idea what the issue was. But it left us feeling we could not talk to the staff further. The cleaning was poor however I feel for the staff- cream carpets in a hotel that’s vacuumed every 4 days it’s tricky. The air conditioning came directly from the smoking room. It constantly smelt of smoke when someone went on there. Our room was smelly and cramped. It was so awful I didn’t sleep the first night and bought room fragrance from Muji the following day. It was a relief to move to the next location unfortunately. Overall the concept is good but it is poorly run and maintained.

Would stay again, but a little impersonal hotel

Well located hotel, the rooms were big enough. The free coins to get little jars of treats from the bar were nice, but the man serving at the bar rudely ignored me, letting people push in front when I tried to buy. The desk staff were unsmiling which felt awkward when arriving in very hot weather with lots of bags. Overall I would stay again but it was an impersonal place. The downstairs place to eat looked great, always full and noisy and busy. The view from the hotel was good, nice tree lined road. We loved Hiroshima generally. Would stay here again due to location.

Knot coins were a fun perk, snacks and drinks on the rooftop! Beds were comfortable and laundry was open late so was able to get a couple loads in! Breakfast was really good, many tasty options!

We were in Hiroshima for one night only and the location and amenities of The Knot were key to be able to visit all around the city downtown. The hotel was very modern, with friendly staff and option to store our luggage. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Hiroshima and will look into their other locations.

Excellent hotel. Room was very clean. We had to extend our stay by a day and the hotel was very accommodating of our request. Location is within walking distance of the Peace Memorial Museum in Hiroshima. They also have a very nice rooftop bar that gives you an excellent view of the city. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Perfect Stay at The Knot Hiroshima – Great Value and Location! We stayed at The Knot Hiroshima for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable – just a 5-minute walk to the Peace Memorial Park, Museum, and A-Bomb Dome, and about 15 minutes to Hiroshima Castle and the Art Museum. It made sightseeing incredibly easy. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant on the ground floor offered a great mix of Western cuisine with Japanese ingredients – a refreshing and delicious combo! The rooms were clean and peaceful, with very comfortable bedding and an AC system that kept us cool without freezing us out. We loved the hotel’s overall white, minimalist, and tranquil vibe. The reception is on the 14th floor, combined with a stylish bar that has great views of the city – a really nice touch. One thing to note: full room cleaning during the stay costs extra. For our short stay, this wasn’t an issue, especially since they refreshed our towels and emptied the trash daily. However, it would be helpful if this detail were made more prominent in the hotel description. Overall, this hotel offers amazing value for the price. If we ever return to Hiroshima, we’ll definitely stay at The Knot again!

What a fabulous hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the room was outstanding. Clean, and very modern with a nice bathtub/shower and a comfortable bed. The rooftop bar was a standout: cocktails were great with a beautiful view of the city.

Convenient and comfortable hotel at great price

Very good hotel with great views of the city from your hotel room. The location is just 5min walk from the Peace Museum and A dome. Well connected to Mijiyama via ferry or tram. They give knot coins which can be exchanged for nice snacks or drinks. The rooftop is good to relax with a drink.Highly recommended

Checkin somewhat difficult but otherwise enjoyed the hotel. Clean quiet room, walkable to major tour sites, good breakfast (expensive), taxi service was excellent in Hirishima.
