Room wasn’t cleaned well. Leak in bathroom from room above was never fixed. Staff was not accommodating. Room had no view. We requested one in the reservation. They showed us a room on the first floor that was very noisy and made no attempt to upsell us.

Clean and well kept hotel in the middle of town. Within walking distance of everything on our schedule with all the facilities you need for a long weekend in Ho Chi Minh City.. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is compact with basic breakfast on the roof but sufficient.

This place is great! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was one of the largest I've seen at a property this size, the bed was incredibly comfortable and had so many pillows, and the bar downstairs is fantastic!

although the hotel is in central HCMC but the room is very small for the price. The hotel is old and the wardrobe need to be renovated. Especially the corridor is just narrow enough for a person to go through (imagine if there's a fire, fingers crossed)!!!! I would not book for another stay!

Everything was ok except for one girl (small girl with long colored hair) in the front desk who was kind of rude and who do not know how to smile, I guess they need to train front desk staff to be nice and have good customer service. Location is good as it is near the tourist attractions. I love that the hotel is environment friendly, the do not give plastic bottled water.

The best 3-star hotel in Ho Chi Minh City
Great to have booked at the Asian Ruby Center Point. It was entirely satisfying. Everything was just perfect.

Great hotel in the heart of District 1
Amazing hotel in the heart of district 1. I walked to all the major tourists sites in the city. Nice shopping 2-3 blocks away (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc). Staff was welcoming and nice. Room was clean. I had a small double bed room with no window (I knew when I booked) and it was fine for me. I was on the 7th floor right underneath the breakfast area so there was a bit of noise from plates and silverware being prepared but not too bad. Breakfast was good...Fruit, juice, cereal, waffles, egg station, and rotating Asian items every morning. Also loved that they had a plate heater? Seemed to be used to kill germs after plates were washed. For the reasonable price, location, cleanliness and nice staff this is a great hotel option. I would stay again.
