We were very impressed with the attention of staff to our needs from our welcome at the door to our dining experience in the roof top restaurant. In particular the front office manager, Le Phung Thinh made himself available to assist in our check in /out which we really appreciated after another hotel nearby did not meet our expectations. Our room was quiet & clean. District 1 is accessible by foot to many of HCM’s sites of interest. We enjoyed drinks poolside on the rooftop where there is an excellent view of the city. We considered this stay a very good value.

I always stay here when in Ho Chi Minh, very friendly helpful staff. Saigon can be a hectic, noisy place and the pool area at this hotel is the perfect place to escape that and relax

I booked the hotel on a last whim and was extremely happy. The room was nice and quiet for HCMC which was a lovely surprise as the traffic can be crazy and loud. The staff are welcoming and helpful. We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay and would definitely book again. Breakfast is a variety and the pool is beautiful, could not be happier with the area in HCMC, very close to everything.

We originally booked the largest room, which was the family suite that sleeps 3 people, with one double bed and one twin bed. Instead we were given the smaller room, which only had one double bed. They gave us a TEMPORARY FOLDED twin bed, a SMALLER room, and wanted to charge us EXTRA since we had three people, rather than two. The receptionist said if we were unhappy with our room we needed to cancel our reservation. Her attitude was poor and unhelpful. I have already reserved the same original room months ago, the 517 sq ft family suite, for a future stay on October 4-6. Expedia needs to correct this and make sure this hotel gives us our correct accommodation for our future stay. Writing this to warn people in case the hotel ends up changing your reservation also, and have the same thing happen to other future guests.

I’ve already left a review on another platform but what the heck, this motel is terrific. We have had a very pleasant stay and will be leaving soon. Restaurant is 5/5, Leon and the other staff were first class. Food was magnificent, cooked to perfection. Breakfast caters for such wide range of guests 5/5. Khanh in the cafe remember our preferred drinks and was a joy to speak to. 5/5 The reception staff and doorman were very attentive with Viktor and Kabi being super helpful even loading the Grab (Uber) app on my phone. 5/5 Thank you Mr Thinh, you and you staff are a credit to the tourism industry

Ist time stay. Stay is friendly. Rooms are clean. Budget type Hotel. Many kids running around with no hotel or parental control. Breakfast buffet is very limited and caters more to locals and Indians than foreigners. Hazelnut coffee is the Only coffee available. Want Americano, must pay more!. Restaurant is too expensive for what they offer. Burger and drink is $20 compared to $3.everywhwee else, and tastes like rubber! Was not impressed and would not go back!
