Deluxe room advertised is misleading, unless you get a room allocated from the 5th or 6th floor and above there is no natural light in the room as windows overlook a narrow shaft which obviously cannot be accessed for cleaning the windows where dirty from bird excrement and could not open the window because of the smell. Apart from this the hotel staff were really good and friendly, the location of the hotel is also good with lots of places for coffee, drinks or dining.

What I like the most are the front Desk clerks at GK Central hotel knows customer service, calling whatever your plans for the day, and making sure that whatever your plans they will arrange it for you. The men’s at the front service always ready to help whenever and whatever the need.

Very clean and excellent service. Staff always helpful, courteous. Location is close to Matket Ben Thành,very walkable and very busy area. However, it is very quiet inside the hotel. We have used this hotel as our second home during our 1 month stay in Vietnam, returning to the hotel each time we returned to Saigon.
