I had a wonderful time at the Nikko Hotel Saigon! The staff are very friendly and very accommodating! I really loved the style of my hotel room and I felt it was very clean and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the beautiful views from the room windows. The bathroom was wonderful and the amenities were fantastic!

Excellent 5-star hotel with great service and physical properties. Rooms appear to have been recently refurbished using the old hardware—light switches and outlets are located in strange places. But the swimming poo, gym and sauna are all in great condition. Hotel location is THE problem as the neighborhood has no decent restaurants or stores to shop.

This a great hotel!! Service is amazing!! I suggest for those that like to get pampered to buy deluxe room with executive lounge = superior services. Our family stayed on the 23rd floor, amazing experience!! Highly recommend and will be back!! Seafood buffet is amazing as well!!

overall very good. Large selection of foods for breakfast. Only thing I don't like is the loud sound inside the toilet. The soundd seems to be for the ventilation but toilet is a small cubicle and when you close the door you will feel that the sound is really irritating to the ear.
