Hotel was perfect for our 1 night layover. Rooms were small but clean and amenities were just fine. Roof top bar/restaurant were good as well. Easy pick up/drop off at airport too. Would definitely stay here again for a layover. Thanks to the staff!

I had an early morning flight out of SGN and decided to stay at the Ibis, which was a good decision. I had an issue with my room assignment but it was quickly, efficiently and satisfactorily handled by the hotel's general manager. There are many hotels in the area surrounding the airport but the Ibis Hotel is, by far, the best choice. It is clean, well-appointed and my room was very spacious with a nice view although I'm sure my room was one of the better ones. It served my purposes perfectly and I recommend to anyone in similar circumstances.

We were unfortunately detained from entering Vietnam from Thailand. We had our Visas done for a month before departure but due to a technicality we were unable to fly. I called the hotel hours before check in but they denied us a cancellation which I understand, I asked for a change in booking or half refund if possible. They refused even the remaining night to refund or change. I run several rentals I understand when things change not due to guests intentions and give customer service first priority. I believe they should have refunded partial or worked to give us future a voucher. Now we will not stay with them or affiliated locations.

If you’re looking for a clean hotel near the Ho Chi Minh airport then this is the place for you. Great shuttle service and very convenient to airport. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again if we needed an airport hotel in Saigon
