This was our second stay at this property. The service from all of their staff is exceptional. We left at 5am to catch a flight and they had our breakfast in a box for us. They go out of their way to make you happy. Will definitely stay there again

Check-in was not good. Staff told me that there was an issue with my room and that they had to move me to a new hotel, 3 mins from this hotel. They gave me 3 different reasons of why they wouldnt be able to accommodate me. 1st reason was due to an issue with the room. 2nd reason was due to the room not being ready and then the 3rd reason was because they overbooked. So all in all, they were lying about why they couldnt honor my reservation. After going back and forth with them, they finally gave me a room and upgraded me because of my room not being available. Then, when needing a late check out, they didnt want to honor 5pm which they told me the other hotel would give me that at no additional cost (only spending one night and flight was at 8pm the following day). After going back and forth with them, they honored it. It could have been a great experience but the fact that I had to fight for my reservation was a big turn off. I could go into greater detail but it's too much to write.

The hotel property was beautiful and the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was good and amentities (coffee, tea, filtered water) were refilled when house keeping comes around. The location is also central to many shopping and dinning areas, making it easy to get around.

Amazing is the right word for this hotel. The staff are over the top superb. They are smiling, kind and not just looking to help you; they are seeking to be of any assistance whatsoever on even the smallest detail. Their English is also quite good. We LOVED our stay at La Siesta and would return in a heartbeat. When we were looking for a hotel in Ho Chi Minh city, there were very many to choose from and we had a hard time picking a hotel, but we are so happy we picked this one. We used the Spa there, excellent (wow!), and ate dinner at their restaurant (wow!). The Twilight bar is a lot of fun to go to just sitting so high up and you have such a great view of the whole city and the lights at night, and the bartenders are quite skilled, making excellent cocktails. When we were there, the live music got canceled because it rained a bit although they still play music over the speakers. The breakfast is outstanding. We loved it. There are so many choices which include Asian food and Western food and the staff there are over the top great and always introducing you to different vietnamese food and Vietnamese coffee and so on.It's a wonderful experience, with great service. After hiking around the city, we spent some afternoon sitting by the pool, which was also very nice-- and with a great view, we really enjoyed it! The controls for the temperature and air conditioning in the room worked fantastic, as did the WiFi in the hotel. The room was spotless clean and very quiet for slee
