I loved my stay here. It is exceptionally clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s very comfortable and the room has everything you need. The location is really good (in a cool alleyway close to the main attractions) and I couldn’t hear any noise at night. AC worked well and the staff were really friendly and accommodated me when I needed to extend my stay. It’s also such a reasonable price for how nice it is. Definitely book here!

Just like all the other reviews say, it’s down a quiet alley but close to anything you’re interested in. We stayed in the rooftop unit and took previous review recommendations of cooking & using the kitchen and then enjoying out on the shared balcony. This is our last stay of five in total while traveling around the country and it was the perfect spot!

ルーフトップルームを予約しました。期待よりも高さは低かったですが、街の眺めが見渡せてとても良かったです。部屋は茶色基調の綺麗な部屋でした。キッチンとオリーブオイルと塩があったので、簡単な料理もできそうです。スタッフさんがとても親切で、帰りの車をgrabで予約してくださって助かりました。ありがとうございました！

I truly enjoyed my accommodations. The staff is friendly and helpful, from getting all the toiletries needed to calling a cab for us any time we need it. Oh, and the free laundry service is a huge plus!

We stayed at here during our time in Ho Chi Minh. We travelled with 2 young children. The apartment felt like home with outstanding view, 2 full sized toilets and full amenities. Sandy was exceptional in assisting us settle down. It felt more like home than an apartment. It is situated close to everything with a large shopping mall across the road. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone with a family if you ever visit Ho Chi Minh City.

호치민 여행중 3박을 머물렀는데 호텔 직원분들이 모두 다 친절하시고 룸컨디션과 서비스가 좋고 특히 jena 직원분이 너무 친절하셨고 표정도 너무 밝고 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 루프탑수영장도 멋있고, 여러곳에 다니기에 숙소 위치가 적당해서 또 머물고 싶은 숙소에요ㅎㅎ 완전 추천 합니다!!ㅎㅎ

A complete SCAMMER! This is a total bait and switch. I booked a luxurious suite for three nights as seen in the advertisement photos but got a plain dormitory apartment unit. Once I checked in and notified the property owner of their hoax, they ghosted. Of course I had to book and moved to another hotel that was reputable to stay instead. The booking said I’m entitled to a partial refund if not a full refund since I didn’t stay but of course the property owner won’t respond to my calls or texts. Expedia said they also can’t help my situation since they can’t contact the owner. I’m also very disappointed with Expedia since they have collected my funds and are acting like an accomplice to this fraudulent scheme. I hope this review helps someone so that they don’t experience my nightmarish situation with this property. What a complete waste of time trying to resolve this matter with no avail with Expedia while I’m suppose to be on vacation with my family and having a good time. Avoid Landmark 81 Magnificent Apartment at all cost. I don’t think I will use Expedia anymore.

위치는 부이비엔 거리 쪽인데 전혀 시끄럽지 않고 좋은 위치에 있어 좋았습니다. 걸어서 10분 거리에 nam hai 슬리핑버스 타는 회사도 있습니다. 주인 분은 엄청 친절하고 넷플릭스에 유튜브까지 있어서 쉬기도 너무 좋습니다. 내년에 또 오면 여기로 예약할 예정입니다👍👍
