部屋の鍵の受け取りに迷う所
ホテルドットコムのサイトでの、鍵の受け取りと、現状が違ったことが一番困った。部屋のオーナーが変わったとか？現地のガイドを雇っていなかったら、到達することができなかった。サイトを運営しているなら、責任がある。言葉が、万全ではない国に、行くのは、本当に、リスクがあった。 何度か？不安だったので、電話で、問い合わせをしたが、やはり、日本に、しっかり訳してほしい。微妙な、感じの訳では、理解できなかった。
