Hotel has great location, 1 road apart from saigon centre, it is also conveniently integrated with a cinema. Room was great, if i have to nitpick, is that i wish there was a additional rubbish bin in the room, a door or a screen in the shower and the cupboard door for the fridge has soft closing or a pad to dampen to closing of the cupboard door.

Overall an ok, no thrills experience. A few tips, the beds can be softer, the traffic noise from the rooms interfered with sleep and too much “perfume” in the elevator. Buffet breakfast was simple but sufficient. Laundry service was efficient and hotel located in a convenient location.

The Hotel staff are quite friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to most scenic spots and shopping. It is a great hotel that I highly recommend to other travelers, and I will come back to stay for my next visit to Saigon, Vietnam.

We came last year and loved it so returned this year. Excellent location. Staff were amazing especially the breakfast staff. Some of our family members are Gluten free and it was no problem to provode Gluten-free bread which we really appreciated. The Wifi wasnt great.
