Nice hotel. But noisy at night while sleeping
Overall the property presents well and is in a good location. Only thing to keep in mind is the walls must be paper thin, it’s very very noisy at night with people coming and going I got woken up multiple times from people talking and doors closing. Felt like I was in a hostel and not a luxury hotel. The rooms are also very light at night so if light dark rooms while sleeping then this might be an issue.

This is a boutique hotel with upscale service. Staff are all excellent but we did connect with Duc who works with a food and beverage team who remember and accommodate your every need. My mom has a hard time walking and they noticed immediately. The staff would always be ready to take her to a more convenient elevator on her entry and exit, and go out of their way to get us what we need. Rooms are nice, though I would recommend choosing one with a view, unless you don't mind looking at a brick wall. Good breakfast. I would come back to this hotel because of their services.

Good hotel near shopping
The property is one year old and very modern. Very close the Ben Thanh market and other shopping areas. Other Pros: Breakfast buffet is excellent. F&B manager is friendly, and led his team very well. I enjoyed our breakfast everyday. The Vietnamese coffee and pho are excellent. Cons:1) Housekeeping is not careful enough. One day, they missed doing up our room. On two days, they did up our room, but did not wash the cups with tea bags inside. 2) there is a flight of 13 steps going up to the lobby from street level, so the hotel is not recommended for anyone with walking problems. 3) Hotel is a very small property with only 8 rooms on each floor. Some rooms have no window. We stayed in an executive room which had a tiny window. 4) The designer of the hotel is impractical. There is no lock to the bathroom door, and no hooks for clothes in the bathroom.

Really good property, beds are comfortable, staff are great and the only negative comment I have is the rooms are noisy as when people move around the hallways/elevators the noise permeates into room.

We had a great stay. The hotel is new and very modern. All staff extremely friendly. The rooftop pool is amazing. Breakfast was included and may have been one of the best free breakfasts I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is located in a convenient location just blocks from the main sights, restaurants and bars that HCMC has to offer. We are from Canada and this hotel met even our most particular “western demands.”

The M City’s discovery
Overall would recommend this hotel. Front desk staff should be more friendly, the way he conducts the checking needs more improvement. Not friendly at all and talk like robot. Can put people off. It was a pity as compared to my excellent experience at M Dalam. Restaurant staff extremely friendly and efficient. Good choice of foods! Love the location and anyway grab is so easy to move around.

M City hotel Saigon still good to stay hotel
Start with the good, the room is clean, spacious enough, bathroom comes with rain shower, hand shower and bathtub. The mini bar is free for the first serving. Location is good in district 1, nearby lots of good restaurants and cafes. Taking Grab is convenient and affordable. The bad is Aircon not working twice in day, failed in the morning and failed again in the afternoon. Managed to fix it on second try. For the premium room I am staying they only have 9 rooms and they don’t have another similar room for us to change to.
