Property well maintained and clean. A.C. wasn't working at first but fixed right a away. Staff friendly and doorman welcome you in each time on entry Didn't likes: Wanted couples massage but only one on duty at the the time. Accused of taking a wash towel upon checking out but eventually finding it. But overall experience was good and probably would book again.

Nice facility with a standalone bathtub added to the uniqueness. Staff are very helpful and floor restrictions also keep us safe. Location can’t be any better if you want to walk around district 1. The only thing that is not so nice is the breakfast is mediocre.

どこに行くにもアクセスよく、部屋も綺麗で朝食も毎日入れ替わりで美味しい プールはこじんまりとしてるが人が少なくてちょうどいい。 唯一バスルームのシャワーの仕切りがないのでびちゃびちゃになるのが気になるが、全体的にはおすすめ

This place is close to the markets. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Walls are thin. We had noisy neighbours that kept us awake. Tv cuts on and out. Towels and sheets are really new which is great

Nice hotel. But noisy at night while sleeping
Overall the property presents well and is in a good location. Only thing to keep in mind is the walls must be paper thin, it’s very very noisy at night with people coming and going I got woken up multiple times from people talking and doors closing. Felt like I was in a hostel and not a luxury hotel. The rooms are also very light at night so if light dark rooms while sleeping then this might be an issue.

This is a boutique hotel with upscale service. Staff are all excellent but we did connect with Duc who works with a food and beverage team who remember and accommodate your every need. My mom has a hard time walking and they noticed immediately. The staff would always be ready to take her to a more convenient elevator on her entry and exit, and go out of their way to get us what we need. Rooms are nice, though I would recommend choosing one with a view, unless you don't mind looking at a brick wall. Good breakfast. I would come back to this hotel because of their services.
