Our family stayed in this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The service here is impeccable where everyone is very friendly and is willing to go above and beyond to help us with our stay here. We had a last minute change to our itinerary and Miss Tran Bao Anh was very understanding and accommodating with our situation. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. I highly recommend upgrading to the Resident’s Lounge since it was very worth it! We would definitely come back here.
