The location was great, however, it is in a very busy area. Our room faced the front and it was very noisy. We asked if there was another room available and the reception host upgraded us at no cost to a larger and a quieter suite - which we are very grateful for. The facilities and building were a bit older and there were issues with the bathroom/shower leaking. Some mold.

Overall it is a great place to stay. Great location. The only thing I found unusual was not been able to exchange USD for Dong at reception when the website says they offer the service. With that been said, I have already booked my next stay here.
