I have stayed here many times and normally it's an excellent stay. They messed up my room reservation and I received a terrible room with no balcony. Nothing to view or have a smoke if needed. I always ask for a balcony and this should be a matter of record at this point. I requested a balcony when I booked the room. This stay was disappointing.

We loved this hotel and even booked it a few times within the month we were there because it was clean, reasonably priced, and the location is prime. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Asa muslim traveller, the grand mosque is just a door steps and also halal saigon restaurent just beside the hotel. If want to go to shoping ben thant market and malaysia street about 2km. Easy to get grab. Breakfast if not cheaper better dont take because only eggs, bread, fruits and cerial. Other is non halal. Better bring your own food coz food is very expensive.

Nice and helpful hotel staff. Dated room that needed some TLC including a slightly moldy bathroom. Room facing the street was a bit loud at night. But somehow it was my best night's sleep on the trip so I can't complain too much.

Room was clean and what was needed for us. Staff was was very helpful due to my injury and needed extra help in checking in and getting to my room. Breakfast Buffett was excellent. I would most defiantly stay there again.

It’s quite good hotel, good location, there is a Chinese restaurant beside with delicious dishes. It’s quite noisy in the evening because there are many young pepole gather for coffee near the hotel

Great location but the street is a bit noisy until
Hotl is old but well maintains. Air conditioning is good, breakfast is variety and location is centre in the city. They give me 2nd floor, room is very noisy from road side till midnight. 5am in the morning start noise already.

Pleasant hotel. Great location. Terrific staff.
This hotel was a great start to our holiday in Vietnam. Our room faced the street and had great views of the city. The only problem was the constant traffic noise and noise of people driving past using megaphones advertising things for sale in the early hours of the morning. Perhaps double glazing on windows might help keep the noise down so residents can sleep at night

Good service, excellent location!
The staff at Saigon Hotel were excellent. We were very pleased with our stay. We had booked 4 nights initially and one additional night after a visit to Hoi An and the hotel agreed to hold our bags for when we return. They also gave us the same rooms when we got back. The hotel is located in the Dong Khoi area and is ideal to walk around to many restaurants, places of interest like the GPO, Town Hall, Opera house, Notre Dame cathedral etc. The breakfast buffet had a mixture of continental and Asian food, the rooms were clean and well maintained. We would go back there any time.
