Our first room had very tiny ants that were crawling up the wall into the little crevices of the room, they were really tiny and couldn’t be seen at first. We of course changed rooms and there were still ants but not as many. Asides from that, everything as described and host was very nice and communication was clear. So if you don’t mind ants you’re good.

This property was very well situated and walking distance to many attractions. Local uber app called Grab worked well and most rides to anyplace we visited were under $2. We organized airport pick up which was great. We were greeted right away upon arrival to the property ( at 0130). Our room was clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning. Only complaint is the lack of towels ( no hand towels no dish towels) and very limited toilet paper! Kitchen super limited stock. There was a small leak in the bathroom. Shower pressure was great. Lots of hot water. Shops for snacks and essentials just outside. Security outside the buidling and key card to enter and use elevator. This not a hotel. Its an apartment building in a fun area.

Very comfy room but wasn’t serviced at all during my stay, wasn’t able to go to the pool area without notifying and having the property manager present while at the pool. It was very noisy all day and all night. I unfortunately got really really sick during my stay and wasn’t able to do very much so having a serviced hotel room along with water (even if the water was charged to my card) would have been very helpful

This property has all great amenities, very convenient, great restaurants, shopping, and an in room washing machine. I hung my clothes up to dry and they were dried fast. The staff was very friendly. Especially Ha. She took very good care of me.

The property is located across the river from District 1 (city hyper center). The area immediately around the property has street food options, but few may appeal to tourists. We ended up dining every night at the same good vegetarian restaurant about 10 minutes walk from the property. Getting there on foot was an adventure every time, given the rundown state of sidewalks, food carts, motorbikes parked or driven on the sidewalks. Other than that, the units are OK but for very few kitchen utensils in the two units we had (had to change because of ants in a bed in the first unit). Lobby and elevator have AC, but not the corridors from the appartements to the lift. ACs in the appartements were adequate. Views from the top floors were on the polluted river, nearby high rises, and decrepit low rises in the neighborhood.

I had a delightful stay at this aparthotel. Its location is incredibly convenient, being just a short walk from three major convenience stores and various local restaurants. The room I occupied was well-equipped and met all my needs. One of my favorite aspects was the stunning city views at night, which added a magical touch to my experience. The check-in staff, particularly Hà, was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making the arrival process smooth and welcoming. In summary, if I find myself in District 4 again, this will undoubtedly be my preferred accommodation.
