Stayed here 3 times now and usually amazing …the pool was not open which is why i use the hotel. No communication beforehand which i believe should be standard. Gave us a bottle of wine which we basically had to argue for yet this was the 2nd stay in 3 weeks …there were a lot of other customers not happy about the pool and the lack of apology or even a discount

Unfortunately this wasn’t a great overall experience. Pros: -location is great, close to shopping and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops -breakfast had good options and our stay included an afternoon tea which was nice Cons: - the photos online do not reflect the condition of the rooms. The hotel is dated and could use an upgrade- our room had cracked tiles and some damaged walls. This was after we got the Expedia Gold upgrade! - we booked a 60 min couples massage at the hotel to have a higher quality experience but instead, our massage started late and then they proceeded to talk to each other during our massage until we asked them if we could have a silent massage with no talking. Their phones kept ringing and at one point my girl opened the curtain to watch the concert that was going on outside while she was massaging me. This was not the experience I was expecting from a hotel spa so I was disappointed. We did share the feedback with the spa manager and she apologized and offered to have us come the next day again but we were leaving HCM City in the morning and couldn’t take advantage of the offer.

Upon checking after they collected our payment, they informed us that the pool is out of service until further notice. We stuck for 4 days without pool. After complaining to the Mgr. the final gave us 39 minutes free foot message. The buffet breakfast was ok. If I come back to HCM , this will not be my first choice

This hotel is situated in the center of No. 1 district with easy access to many shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel top floor commands a wonderful view of the city and offers a very pleasant afternoon tea service and also a nice pool.

Lovely hotel, situated in the central, district 1 area of the city. Short walking distance for all kinds of shopping and eating experiences. Highlight of our stay was the friendliness of all staff in the hotel. Breakfast was varied and afternoon tea on the rooftop was a nice touch during our stay. Hotel room was clean, had comfortable beds and housekeeping was done daily as and when required. Overall, we had a great stay in Ho Chi Minh and this hotel made it an even better experience. We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit.
