Our honeymoon at Silverland Mây Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1 was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff—especially Oxcar, Tony, and Nhu—made us feel incredibly welcome. When we faced an unexpected airport transfer issue that was entirely out of their control, they stepped in swiftly and graciously to resolve it, ensuring we arrived at the hotel without stress. Their exceptional care and efficiency immediately set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The level of service we received surpassed anything we’ve experienced at other 4- or 5-star hotels. The romantic touch of swan towels and a rose petal-adorned bed was truly enchanting and left my wife delighted. Every detail reflected their dedication to creating unforgettable moments for their guests. 1st time at the Silverland hotel and cannot praise the staff e ough. Very friendly and helpful. And a special mention to Iris on the rooftop bar who had the biggest smile ive seen. I will stay again on my next trip to Ho Chi Ming

Absolutely loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back! The staff in every department could not be more helpful and accommodating. They were more than happy to assist with any requests and always on hand when needed. The breakfast and high tea were great. The bar and pool area is relaxing and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with easier pick up/drop off for tours; and they offer airport transfers. Do not hesitate to book!

The property is a great base to explore Saigon. It is very clean, comfortable and ideally located. The pool is nice and the bar up there is good with friendly staff. Breakfast selection lets it down a bit but that would not stop me going there again. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Such a cute and charming boutique hotel with great amenities. Pool was excellent, gym was small but had essentials. The staff and service was so attentive, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. The location can't be beat right in the middle of everything. The only negative would be the air con is the older style wall unit vs central air. Would definitely stay again in the future.
