Book early Expedia Gold VIPs!
Hotel is brilliant and matched with exceptional customer service. I booked late and wished I had not done this as they were sold out for part of my stay. The driving factor in my booking was gold level VIP rewards through the hotel and they did not disappoint. So many times the hotel will not oblige upgrades or discounts but that's not the case here. Not only did I get upgraded, discounts were automatically added to my food and beverage bills. I've always had to ask at other gold status, VIP properties! I'll never forget my stay here and will absolutely return. Minnie gave me such a great send off! She accompanied me to my wating car while opening the door. We said goodbye and thank you many times to each other haha. That is a very rare experience at luxury hotels even. All of the staff were focused on a high level of customer service which stresses that they are always available for any request. I'm looking forward to my return!

Had a bit of trouble getting the details worked out of arrival since we added a day to our stay here but that was probably confusing to the staff. Expedia help hotline got it all straightened out for us though. Pick up at airport was provided and the room was comfortable and well stocked. The afternoon tea was lovely but the actual menu at the hotel bar was all American food so we did eat out the whole time but there were lots of options in walking distance and grab deliveries were allowed. Staff was excellent and the facility was clean. They allowed us express laundry services and late check out as a perk. Overall great experience since we did confuse them with our request to check in a day early but they were gracious and kind and texted frequently on WhatsApp once they got my number correct. Fantastic option if you want a walkable nice hotel at a very reasonable price in district 1.

This was a good stop for 1 night before we flew home. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast and all were really good. Happy hour drinks ok the rooftop were a lovely way to end the night - and only $10 AuD for 2 drinks! We had a large room with comfortable bed The hotel arranged a private driver to the airport for about $20 AUD

The Silverland Hotel is a nice boutique hotel in a good area for Ho Chi Minh City walkable to most tourist destinations such as war museum etc. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to maintain their 5 star service. The little bar on the roof top was just perfect and quiet and barman made awesome Margaritas! Over all rating was 4 1/2 stars. Thanks Silverland Hotel- see you again! Adam & Karen

The staff that work here are very concentrated on providing excellent customer service. Breakfast was excellent and afternoon tea was very nice. Since the hotel was unable to provide me with a room upgrade, they offered to cover my transfer back to the airport.
