Great stay
We had great stay! Rooms were clean and spacious, pool is small but nice. Breakfast was basic but had enough variety! Staff were warm and welcoming! Great location

The staff were very helpful, particularly with making arrangements for taxis both locally and to the airport. The hotel is a very good mid-range option at an affordable price. I think it must be said that the photographs do make it look a little more glamorous than it is, breakfast was quite basic but fine.

A phenomenal hotel with equally phenomenal staff! My fiancé and I were there for 3 nights and would have happily stayed longer. The location was excellent with good dining, shopping, and currency exchange only a few minute walk in any direction. Finding a "Grab" car was never an issue and they picked up extremely quickly. Highly recommend the location and would stay again!

In the middle of the night (1am to 4am) there were a mob of people outside the hotel yelling and screaming, clearly drunk and disorderly, and disturbing the piece. We called the front desk around 2am and asked them to do something, they just said there nothing they could do. We asked them to call the police to disperse the crowd, but the front desk said they could not or would not do that. We felt unsafe and unprotected. In addition, the streets in this neighborhood are filthy and fell unsafe, especially at night. Please don’t stay at this hotel, and I urge Orbitz / Expedia to remove it from their website and app.

Bad hotel
Place looks nice in pictures and pool looks good but there is barely any room to enjoy it. They list they have gym and restaurant but have neither. The employees talk where talking bad about me in Vietnamese not knowing my friend knows the language and is Vietnamese. It’s over priced and not worth it! BEWARE!

Well situated, good staff, nice pool and view of the river. Breakfast buffet areas uncomfortable seating. Breakfast and coffee was good but lacks variety after four days eating there. Western options needs to be added other than the white bread and corn flakes (yogurt, bagels, granola, cheese, etc.)

We were charged for a tiny stain on a pillowcase. It seems you need to pay for hotel laundry. There was no bar, breakfast was limited. Some staff were great but others only spoke local language. Overall I would not call it a 3 star hotel.

The hotel breakfast spread is too limited. To enjoy the bathtub, aircon must be off and there are small ants on the bed and sink. Can hear loud door bang when other room close the main door.

Fabulous Location
We stayed here for 5 nights. Great location. Staff were very friendly and alway ready to help. We were a short walk to most of the sites and restaurants. The only downside was our bed very soft but all in all a great venue.
