Extremely bad customer service at front desk!!! Check-in was super long time and complicated!! They treated customers extremely unprofessional and rude. Ms. Duong who was the manager of the front desk had provided such irresponsible and unprofessional services. She was not willing to listen to customers’ complaint but even rolled eyes back when mentioning about the residence was no longer serving with high expectations like before when the owner was still there. The hotel no longer provides the best customer service as it was before. They even charged us so much fees which ended up giving us the smallest and smelly room!!! Overall, the residence is no longer like before, I hope the hotel executives can look into this and bring back the best customer service like before and discipline those people who think they’re above the law.

Our stay was exceptional! We stayed at the residence suite side for 3 nights. The service was tier one. Turn down service was so attentive, seeing my mother had cough they sent a pack of cough drops. Room was always super clean. Acqua di Parma soaps and lotions, night eye cream. The location is superb, close to everything. The hotel has two Michelin restaurants, Mr Dhat helped us get reservations at Davittorio which wowed us. Having stayed at Park Hyatt Saigon this hotel is superior in room size and service.

Everything was perfect and truly grand hotel. The only thing is the washer dryer unit broke in our suite. The hotel offered to dry our clothes for us, which was very nice. Breakfast buffet is delicious ans has many selections to chose from.

Ive booked the Residence Suites complex with the residence suite club access. It is very confusing as this not hotel club access. I expected the benefit including breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail like most of the hotel CLUB ACCESS. But the residence suite club access no benefit at all. only a few Sofa, tea and cookies. They totally scammed us! Ive be travelling to different hotel with club access but this is quite dishonest on their booking description. No club detail at all with my expedia booking. Even i email to Hotel, and they doesnt reply about the benefit at all. If this price doesnt included this real club benefit I wouldnt stay in this hotel.

Great property and experience. But their Wifi speed is only 2-4mb/s!!! So, don't plan on using any kind of fast internet or conference calls! That was the only thing I was disappointed in. Otherwise a great experience and service.
