The check in floor is 11th, there is a stiff ramp going down before you get to elevator. If you have luggage, it'll hard to get down or up. This hotel will be okay for younger peoples. Not recommend for someone has a lot of luggage . No water in the room unless you go to 11 floor and ask for. Room with the balcony kind of noisy, otherwise room is clean and big.
