Property is bit dated, elevators were super slow going up to 15 floor and need key everytime so a bit inconvenience. Good to have full kitchen but not well stocked at all to cook home meals. We ended up ordering food thru Grab the whole week of our stay.

None of the hotel amenities were available since there was an agent renting his own suites i beleive. There was no pool or gym available. The room was way inferior than i rented like there was no bath tub etc. The agent also refused to communicate and fix the problems.

- Unprofessional, lazy, and rude employee who is working at the front desk of the building (NOT the person who I communicated with by texting on the phone during self-checking). - Inside the sink still had some food stain at the time of receiving the room. The window curtain was broken, fell off the window frame, and not operational for the entire 10 days of my staying.

This accommodation was quite a disappointing one. The area is lovely (literally walking distance from Landmark 81) but it was super dirty. The card provided was only working for 1 lift out of 4 and they did not even try to change the card. The flat was dirty, had a hole in the ceiling and there was dust everywhere. In addition, we booked for 3 people but they only provided 2 bath towels. When i asked if i could get a 3rd one, they said I had to pay extra 50k VND per towel. Moreover, access to the swimming pool was advertised but it was written nowhere that we needed at least 1 or 2 working day to get access. I stayed there for 2 days only so I never used the pool... The only thing I would commend is the communication via whatsapps which was appreciated. The rest was super disappointing. I would rather spend a little bit more in a hotel than a homestay like this.

I booked hotel apartment to stay 2 nights. I stayed first night is okay, but the next day at around noon 12 pm, they forced me to move to different room at another building, one block away, take about 10 minutes to walk. I told them that I reserved 2 nights and I already paid for 2 nights. So, I don’t want to relocated because I don’t have much time, I am very tired because the different hour between the US and Viet Nam. 1 pm in Viet nam is 1 am midnight at US. I was sleepy and tired. I told them that but they still force me to move. I have to carry 2 luggage with me and walk under the sun with high temperature 95 degrees to move to different buildings. They told me that the room I reserved have sold to another person so they told me that so they have to force me move. I told them that I already reserved and paid for this room one week ahead of time, but they didn’t care my feeling. It is so sad. It’s unprofessional. It is terrible to treat customer like that. I
