The only thing that I didn't like is the abnormally height bath tube, it is a safety hazard for old people like me. I would refer a walk-in shower instead. Other than that everything else is excellence.

It was a wonderful Experience ,it was my third stays in this Vietnam’trip , all staffs were very friendly and sincerely, special reception desk Phương , Tuấn and Binh. Spa were beautiful we went twice for foot massage, we felt so relaxing after the service, Windsor, we will be back to stay your hotel next time when we travel to Vietnam, also we did mention to our friends that plan a trip to visit vietnam about Windsor is the place to stay
