Construction work above our rooms
They were doing construction work above our room starting at 7:00 in the morning and nobody at the hotel even thought this could be annoying for 2 families with young kid trying to have some peaceful rest. Even after mentioning it, the noise and hammering continued for a while. Same happened in the evening. After complaining they promised the workers wouldn't come the rest of our stay, well still they came...

Everything is a 10/10, the staff is so kind and attentive. The location is about 1 minute from Mua Caves, and around rice fields. You can rent bikes for free and scooter for a reasonable fee. The rooms are so spacious and with caractere, bonus the pool is accessible 24h.
