The air conditioner in our room didn’t work, it wasn’t cold. At 9pm we had to ask for a fan and for them to look at the air conditioner. We had to wait downstairs for an hour. The fan helped but the ac wasn’t fixed. The bathroom leaked water into the room and if you had to use the toilet you walked through a wet bathroom floor from the shower and the blocked bathroom drain. Walking from the wet bathroom floor back into the bedroom with wet feet was dangerous
