Comfortable stay only issue was as it was First floor without lift taking bags upstairs was tricky. Parking was bit away from rooms.

We didnt think the Aircon work correctly. For a disability room i didnt think the bathroom floor was very safe. Overall maintenance and cleanliness was not acceptable.

The room was clean and well serviced throughout the entire stay. Facilities are a bit dated, but straightforward and tick all the boxes for a comfortable stay, plus there was minimal noise from the outside. It's a short walk to north Hobart where you can get food and meds etc. We would have preferred fitted sheets on the bed as it got messy very fast.

I have styayed now on several occasions, staff have always been polite and helpful. Meals aways good. If there is any small gripe is they bring out main coaurse top soon after bring out the bread. I will be back again.
