Check-in was a disaster. Mishandled from the beginning, then I got charged for an extra night that I didn't even want. Have reached out to the hotel but have heard nothing about this issue. I demand a refund for the second night.

Do not stay here

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room smelled of mold really bad and was dirty. Dust in the bedroom area, dead bugs in the bathroom. AC unit was very loud and did not work as intended. I was not able to sleep more than couple hours because of the smell and I left very early. The receptionist was nice.

Just all around a not-great experience. My check-in was kind of strange because he couldn’t find me, but he said it was because of their network or something. Turns out, he didn’t properly check me in; how do I know? The phone call at 1:00AM asking me if I was still planning to check in. I groggily said, “What? I’m here…???” Floor 3 smelled like off brand cheese tortilla chips, and my room smelled musty. The paint was chipping on the walls, the remote was missing a battery cover (antennae tv channels only), the fridge looked like it had not been cleaned, the bed was made but tousled, the room generally just seemed nasty. I had no desire to take a shower there. I woke up early, 6AM, and had no desire to stay a moment longer there and left.

Average for a quick overnight stay

Front desk staff was very welcoming. The bed room was above average and updated. Nice comfy beds. Quiet and dark! Bathroom was not clean! Looked like they take a mop and swish everything to the corners. Shower grout on the tub and all tiles was moldy and someone attempted to cover over 1/2 of it randomly with white silicone and smeared silicone well outside of the grout line onto brown tile. Pool was closed indefinitely, but we got in too late anyway. We had to leave 6am and breakfast didn't start till 6:30, not even coffee.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The elevator was stuffy and had standing liquid in the floor for 2 days with a caution sign. There was also a sticky substance on the other side of the floor. The second day it smelled like urine. The room had a musty smell. The curtains were stained and partially unatt

Unclean Stay!

Thus wasn't a good stay. The shower curtain was dirty. The elevator going to the room had trash the floor that was there all day. The frigerator in my room was broken and they didn’t replace it until the next day. I will not stay here again.
