Amazing hotel right in front of the marina. Great view, great food, and friendly staff. We arrived at 11.30 a.m. and our room was ready and we were able to check in! If I’m ever in Hobart, this will be my place to go to!

Very close to harbour and hospital although it is very loud with the hospital staff so close and internal walls appear to let lots of sound travel.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you want a cool bottle of water on arrival you are charged for it in the mini bar. Staff didn't inform us at check in to book a table for breakfast and told us to sit at any table without reserve sign, we did this only for me to be verbally assaulted when a family came to their reserved table that staff had put them on. I then asked staff to reseat us and they gave me a complimentary coffee. This is still not good enough as it could have been avoided if the staff had left the sign there until after people start eating . The bathroom drains are smelly and the room are noisy. The buffet is nothing special either. Much of the food was unappealing. Complete waste of money.
