Loved the feel of the place as soon as we walked in. We arrived late to our room and the heating had been turned on which was a nice surprise. Rooms were clean and loved the toiletry products. TV could have been bigger - was quite small.

There was confusion about our parking we stay there all the time and this time parking was an issue we had a night of parking and the other nights had to park where we could get one and pay for it . Front counter staff were confusing in regards to why we never have an issue with parking previously but seemed to this stay … no one could answer our question very frustrating

Quality establishment in a good location close to the city and harbour. Nice restaurant and bar area. Only concern was the bed was not as good as we had hoped

I loved that it was close to walk to lots of places including the ferry. It was quiet in the rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, just my preference. I would definitely stay there again. If you are traveling by car pay the extra for the parking on site it is so convenient.
