Property was comfortable and in a prime location for Hobart. You have to pay $28 a day for parking however being in a major city and using the car everyday was worth it. On Sunday the farmers market is right out the front it was lovely !
Great, compassionate customer service! The reception went out of their way to make sure we were ok. My daughter had jaw surgery in late November, a female receptionist was so helpful and considerate. I was stressed out and unfortunately can't remember her name to thank her. The location and access to the hospital was great, it was clean, quiet and comfortable, good value for money. Thank you
No hair dryer on the first day, low water flow of the shower, lack of shower sets and towels for a family room, tidy up not on daily basis or request on minimal charges, the pictures on the website are not equivalent to the actual environment
Good location- lots of shops & restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful.

unfortunately we had rubbish and shoes left under our bed from previous guests, no hand towel or bath mat in room had to request it given late checkout but our room was cleaned out when we came back to it with some of our items thrown out . staff were very apologetic and lovely but unfortunately made our stay less pleasant

Good Curtains that blocked out sunlight. Didn't like stepping over the bath to have shower. Could here noise from other rooms

Hotel was well located in Hobart CBD. Beds comfy. Rooms clean but very dated.
Onsite overnight parking was expensive
Awful hotel. No staff on site after 9pm. Hotel rooms are old, stuffy and unclean. When you call the after hours number you get connected to someone in another state. I will never stay again and advise others to avoid.
Convenient location to everything. Check-in/check-out was a breeze with helpful and friendly staff.

Comfortable bed
Easy place to stay. Room was small but clean. Comfortable bed. Lovely views but needed curtains closed mostly. Hallways etc a bit tired , probably slowly being renovated. Close to good cafes etc.
Changed our booking from an apartment in the suburbs to this hotel to be more central to the CBD. Bad decision from the start. Could not park the car in the street so I had to block the narrow driveway for 10 minutes while checking in as I needed the key card to raise the barrier into the carpark...stupid setup for a city hotel reception. We then found out that the hotel was hosting a secondary school trip and there were dozens of year 9 children running up and down corridors, lifts, slamming door and jumping on furniture. Got no sleep that night, but fortunately they left in the morning. The spa bath had hair stuck to the sides, there was no hot water for the entire two days, and there were lolly wrappers under the bed and chairs, so it obviously hadn't been cleaned before our stay. Hotel was very tired and looked like it needed a good dose of TLC and paint. Only positive was a lovely girl (Michelle) on the reception desk. Would rate this as a 2 star hotel based on our experience.
Dirty room, scuff marks on walls, looks like dribble marks down bathroom door, half repaired draws stuck together with sikaflex and walls, dusty, dirty carpet
Smells in hallway,
I have stayed here several times of the past 2 years and this is the worst room I have come across yet.
