This property is ideally located for tourism, especially if your don't have a car, being near Brooke Pier, the starting point of most excursions and the stop of the airport SkyBus. From there, you can walk easily to everywhere around the Waterfront and Salamanca place, with its many pubs, restaurants and eateries, and its weekend market. The Taste festival was also on the Harbour front. The Museum and Mawsons'huts are also very near. The apartment itself was OK. The kitchenette made it easy to eat a snack or have a cup of tea or coffee. There was a large TV screen and all main channels available. The internet connection was very good. The bathroom was clean and everything in working condition. There were two arm chairs and the room was spacious. The bed however was not comfortable and the view from our room was on an office building, but we could pull a blind. There was no way to open the window but the air-conditioning was fine.

Great location, very close to waterfront & Salamanca & easy walking distance to shopping mall & dining choices. The hotel itself is very outdated, noisy & uncomfortable beds, but clean & staff were friendly & helpful.

Super nice handicap room with a view of the harbor. Tile was a little slippery even with the no skid mat. We used the bath mat as a bridge to dry tile.

This was a great place for three of us to stay for a couple of days in Hobart. The location is excellent. The Brooke St Pier bus stop is metres away, there are excellent dining options and it is close to Salamanca Place. The staff were so friendly and helpful, storing bags for us on two occasions. The room was very quiet, however the lack of any opening windows did mean the air conditioning was needed.

A fantastic find tucked just a few yards up a side street at Brooke St Pier. You could not want a better location with airport shuttle, great places to eat and tour departures just seconds walk away. Salamanca market hardly 2 mins walk and a short-cut up some steps at the top of the street into the town CBD. Very comfy, well equipped and clean rooms/studios and nice friendly staff on the desk.

Room was unexpectedly spacious and it was clean. Although the room had a decent kitchenette corner, unfortunately the hotplate was completely useless, otherwise we could have done a bit of leisure cooking rather than having to dine out every night. Location was perfect, but the property was a bit old and needed refurbishment. Front desk service was just so so.
