Very expensive given the age of the property - photos make it look more modern - lots of spiders in the cupboards too. Was a good location and easy to go to hobart CBD. Staff were very nice.

Our stay at Riverfront Motels was generally good, but there were a few issues that affected our experience. While the location was great, we were disappointed that the room did not match what was promised. We were expecting a river view, but our room lacked this feature, which was one of the reasons we chose this motel. Additionally, the room had only one bathroom, which was not ideal for a group of five people. On the positive side, the staff was polite, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, clearer communication about room features would have made our stay much better. If you’re booking here, make sure to double-check the room details in advance to avoid surprises.

Overall property is ok. First when we entered the room there was some trash in one corner. The single bed was not in a proper condition to sleep. I had to adjust in other bed. There was no power suddenly in the morning because of some accident outside and major power crash. The hotel could not do anything Other than these, the room was clean and good maintained. Surroundings are really beautiful. But it is quite far from the main city.

A calm and peaceful stay with a stunning riverside view and serene surroundings. The location is perfect for relaxation, offering beautiful views and a tranquil atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. I truly appreciated the friendly and professional behavior of the staff. The property has an old-fashioned design and could benefit from some renovations. There are several minor issues that can be frustrating but are easy to address, such as placing mirrors in front of the wash basin instead of on the side wall or hidden inside the wardrobe.

Great extended family accommodation
The views from the villa was excellent. And children had enormous fun on the grounds and foreshore.The kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots pans and crockery. The only drawback was the single bathroom.
