Overall I liked my stay. The beds are comfy. We had a queen suite, so our room was huge with a shower/tub combo. The pool area was clean and love that it was indoors. There was also a little breakfast buffet with limited hours. I will stay here again.

The lady at the reception desk was extremely nice and helpful. My room and hallway were fine but my daughter and granddaughter's hallway had a very unpleasant odor and there room had a faint odor also. My biggest complaint with the trip was the lock on my door. I took my key to the front desk 3 times because it didn't work and on my third trip the receptionist took me upstairs to show me how to open the door. She preceded to pull the door and then slide the key card in and out until the door was unlocked. This became very frustrating and the last time I unlocked the door, I counted how many times I had to slide the card in and out and it was 56. I will not go back there for this reason.
