So disappointed at this hotel, they didn’t let us check in late because we got there at night, we were stuck in the snow storm we couldn’t get there early, staff was very rude, and they did charge me for the night I am never going back to this hotel, horrible service

Great stay, evening staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care off. I was shocked how comfortable the beds were. Only thing it needed was sink needs new faucet, but it worked.
