Hotels.com bucht Zimmer, die gar nicht frei sind.
Das über Hotels.com gebuchte Zimmer war überhaupt nicht frei Laut Aussage des Hotelbesitzers war das Zimmer nicht bei hotel.com eingegeben, es gab keine Reservierungs-Abfrage von Hotels.com, und entsprechend auch keine Bestätigung für unsere Buchung, das Hotel hatte überhaupt keine Geschäftsbeziehung zu hotel.com mehr. Um so erstaunlicher ist es, dass wir eine Bestätigung für ein nicht vorhandenes Zimmer bekamen. Hotels.com scheint den Überblick über ihre Zimmer verloren zu haben. Konsequenz: Man kann freien Zimmern bei hotel.com nicht trauen.

De havde ikke min reservation og kunne ikke kommunikere på andet end tysk. Det virkede som om der var masser af plads men fordi jeg kun skulle være der en nat, så var jeg intet værd for dem. Den ene vært virkede forvirret mens den anden virkede meget udspekuleret. Pludseligt havde de et varmt rum på loftet til mig og da jeg ikke ville havde det så havde de et andet - alle mindre og uden køkken som jeg ellers havde reserveret. Meget mærkelig oplevelse.
