Great stay, perfect staff
The rooms were very big, great view of the pool and not a far walk to old town, pubs and resteraunts. The place is a family run villa and every single person was lovely and you could see them stop what they were doing as soon as you entered to greet you. I even came in quite late most nights and had to ring a bell and not an issue or a moan. The breakfast was also lovely and very personal where they take your order the previous night. Room was cleaned every day and i felt very welcome staying here. The only thing i didn't like about the villa was the location at night, it would be absolutely fine if i wasnt a solo traveller though. Its only a 4 minute walk but it's through more of a residential area and it was a bit eerie. There was also 4 dogs who lived in a house near by who would be out on the path at night which was a little intimidating. I would stay again and would just ensure i got a grab back instead. Would just like to add i had no issues what so ever was just how i felt on my own.

Hidden gem
The room was nice, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and nice balcony to the pool. The nicest thing was to have the bikes when we chose to ride into the old city. The place is very quiet and just 5 minutes walking to the old town. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with omelet, fresh fruits, and delicious coffee.

Hoi An Hideaway Villa is a wonderful place to stay for a relaxed, comfortable, accessible, and scenic visit to Hoi An. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel is spacious and airy with a nice garden and pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the bicycles and delicious breakfast service— highly recommend their cao lầu and my quảng. Additionally, the staff is so warm, welcoming, and helpful with local recommendations. Fabulous stay in Hoi An
The hosts at this villa are beyond amazing! The breakfast is filling and soooo good everyday! You have several selections to choose from and you can also select the time you want breakfast. The cleaner lady was friendly and efficient and so thoughtful. Everyone is there to "serve"; they regard you as part of the family. They go our of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Also they have wonderful scarves, table runners, chopsticks etc at the front desk (at much better prices than the market) The rooms are very large and twin beds pushed together can make for a HUGE bed. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great showers and balconies off second floor unit. .Downstairs units have open air showers - bery cool. Great pool area.

Nice villa close to old town
Gorgeous family run villa a short walk from old town. Lovely family who run the villa were incredibley helpful. Very clean rooms and met many lovely guests during our stay. Good value for money

Boutique Accommodation close to Hoi An Old Town
Modern boutique accommodation close to Hoi An Old Town - relatively quiet. Our room had 2 king beds and was spacious. Our room was downstairs and had a partially external bathroom which I did not like, due to bugs and also the outdoor shower was cold water only. There was a hand-held shower head in the bath but this was impractical to use. If you are staying here I would recommend an upstairs room as they don't have this type of bathroom. The pool is great and the staff can help you book tours etc. They assisted us with an airport transfer in both directions which was great. The property is located down a few side-streets which flood in the rain so be prepared to walk in this. The morning breakfasts were nice and there was enough variety to choose. They do charge to use their push-bikes which we weren't aware of. Staff are friendly and rooms are cleaned daily. Bath soap and tea/coffee is not supplied in the rooms (coffee is offered with breakfast) - you will need to bring your own. We had a lovely relaxing time here and I would recommend it, particularly to families as it is nice and safe.

Peaceful hotel with friendly staff.
After spending 8 nights at Hoi An Hideaway Villa I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff were excellent, catered to our every need and made us feel part of the family. The pool is superb and the position perfect, close to everything and yet tucked away in a quiet area. We will definitely stay there again.

Lovely villa with excellent staff.
Loved the room, breakfast and pool area. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to main shops and attractions, but off the beaten path on Cam Nam Island. Only 10 rooms so small and friendly. Main staff Ruby and Long were brilliant. Would definately go back there again.

Hoi An Hideaway Villa is like home stay, 8 of us in 4 rooms felt at home during our 3 days stayed. Spacious room just like our own room in hometown. Having breakfast and tea break at the pool side were the happy time of the day! Thank you Ruby and her family!

Lovely hotel.
Ruby and her staff were amazing. Did all they could do to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was off the beaten path which took a little to get used to. Getting around was a challenge the first day but got easier the more familiar we got with the area.
