The hotel is set in its own beautiful park with mature large trees, fountains, rock sculptures - gorgeous. The breakfast buffett had extensive options, all very flavourful. Compliments to the chef. The lobby had an understated peacefulness from an earlier time. The room, although nice blending old and modern, needed some overall maintenance. The air conditioner chilled too well, some lights were not working and the retrofitted tub had water running on the floor no matter how the glass/shower curtain arrangement was positioned - good thing the water pressure was very low..lol With a bit more maintenance, this place would be a jewel in Hoi An.

What a fabulous hotel and staff! The service is the best I have ever seen and I am 73 years old and have travelled extensively. The rooms are big and spacious and are cleaned every day. They have a pool, and a spa where I got the best massage ever from a young woman who was fantastic two days in a row. They have a breakfast that is the best I have seen. Eggs made to order, breads, fruits, hot entrees and it’s buffet style all you can eat. The town of Hoi An is right there and very walkable with a million shops and restaurants. The food everywhere is phenomenal. I highly recommend this !

Magical!

Very charming beautiful hotel, meticulous landscape and locate in the heart of ancient town. Restaurants, coffee shops, tailored clothing shops are everywhere. Pool is wonderful and clean, breakfast is plenty with a lot of choices. Night time is magical with lights and colorful lanterns, so romantic to sit on the boat and travel along the river at night. Will be back again to this hotel. Thanks for wonderful services
