This was my first time visiting Vietnam, and this resort and spa instantly became a place I’ll always treasure. Nestled in a lush, tropical rainforest setting, the atmosphere was both serene and enchanting—like stepping into a dream. The calming energy, thoughtful design, and magical ambiance created a deeply restorative experience.
From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member—from the front desk to the spa therapists and dining team—was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Always smiling, always acknowledging, they made me feel seen and valued throughout my stay.
The food was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and made with locally sourced ingredients. It’s something I deeply appreciate and wholeheartedly support. Every bite reflected care and quality.
I treated myself to two long massages, and both were among the best I’ve ever had—expertly delivered in an immaculate, peaceful space. The spa staff had a true gift for healing and relaxation.
Leaving this place was bittersweet. It was more than a vacation—it was a soul-refreshing experience. I’ll carry the memories with me, and without question, I know exactly where I’ll return when I need to feel grounded, cared for, and inspired again.
