The property had clearly been updated. It was very nice and clean! The breakfast buffet was good! (Scrambled eggs, sausage links, mini waffle maker, etc.) The hot tub jets weren't working, but it was still warm. Overall the stay was absolutely worth the price!

The staff we met first was terrible. We were there 10 minutes before the check in time. We were told by the indifferent receptionist that we have to the previous day accommodation if we check in then. Asked can we use the restroom and was told no flatly.

What a gem. Hotel was nice. Clean. No noise at night. The breakfast there was great. Real eggs a sausage. Gave me a ground floor when asked. I would stay here again. Card information kept for incidentals but not charged as a deposit.

We stayed in this property for 2 nights to visit Petrified Forrest NP since this is the closest town. We selected this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub....well, the heater was broken according to them and the hot tub was cold. (then I read reviews from a month ago, and it looks like it has been broken for long time). This is something they should have a big disclosure before people book. We stayed int he king studio suite and the room was nice, however we would have expected at least a tea/coffee make "in the room" (they did have it in the lobby but not in their best room). The town itself looks like an abandoned, old western town, trashy yards, board up businesses, overgrown yards. We did not like this town at all. However, Petrified Forrest NP was a good for a one day visit (you do not need more than one day at this park).
