There isn’t much available in Winslow. This did provide a clean place to sleep for the night. My shower wouldn’t turn on the next morning. They did refund me for my nights stay and said I should not have been assigned that room, so excellent customer service. The water here had a weird taste - I didn’t trust it. Continental breakfast looked good.

Very clean property but needs some SERIOUS maintenance in my room. I am handicapped and walk withva cane. I came with two small dogs so was placed in a dog room. The vinyl tiles are peeling up all over the room creating a trip hazard. The bathroom door is falling off its hinges and the bathroom fan needs replaced. There is no safety bar in the tub to grab.

The jacuzzi did not work properly. It never got hot. The toilet seat was loose. Couldn't figure out how to use the TV. The air conditioner couldn't be controlled properly. It basically worked on or off. Could not set the temperature at all.

Absolutely Disgusting – Worst Hotel Experience

We were on a family road trip, and since Winslow was along the way, I chose Quality Inn—not because it was affordable (it wasn’t), but because the photos and reviews made it seem like a decent place. What a huge mistake. The room initially looked fine. The TV was laughably tiny, but I didn’t care much—we were just stopping for rest. I was with my wife and two young daughters. Soon after arriving, one of my daughters needed to use the bathroom. My wife took her, only to find there was no toilet paper. Luckily, we had wipes on hand. I went to check myself and was shocked to find a huge spider, right next to the toilet, front legs raised as if ready to attack. I went to reception, showed the photo, and reported it. The receptionist apologized and said she’d look for bug spray. As she opened a drawer, a cockroach jumped out. I literally laughed in disbelief. I told her they clearly needed to fumigate the whole place. With no bug spray available, she apologized again, trying to end the conversation—until I insisted I wasn’t staying in that room. She finally switched us to another room. Maintenance came and confirmed the spider was a wolf spider. The receptionist was visibly disturbed by it. We moved rooms, but I couldn't relax. I spent the whole night checking under beds, in drawers, everywhere. I barely slept, constantly waking to scan for spiders. For the price, I expected basic cleanliness and safety. Instead, I got pests, fear and a lack of care from staff

This was a nice place to stay while passing through Winslow. It was quiet enough, the staff was friendly and the pool area was really nice. Would not view this as a destination, but works well on a long trip when you need a rest.

Our room was in poor condition, bathroom floor was warped, TV did not work, AC did not work, bathtub had a crack in it, quest laundry machine was in poor condition. No cover plate for washing machine drain pipes, and the machine looked dirty, breakfast in the morning, no hot water was provided, yet that had instant oatmeal to offer but no water or hot water to make it. Desk clerk did a good job, she did switch us to another room based on the issues with our original room.
