The room was not carpeted, a plus when you bring pets. The mattress was extremely comfortable, there was a full length mirror (yay!), and the fridge had a freezer (great to freeze blue ice). The only thing was that the way the bath water turns on confused me, because one had pull on it very hard. I thought something was wrong.

They have the most comfortable beds. I try and stay here every time I go through Holbrook. The fragrance they are using in the rooms is way too strong. Made my eyes water. Maybe take it down a notch. Otherwise, love this place.

Did the job

We got in late. Doors were locked and you had to ring a bell at a window. Stood outside in the cold for a bit, rang the bell a few times, no answer. Finally called the front desk then someone showed up. Once they came, the process was simple and straight forward. Room was great for the price, breakfast was pretty pathetic. Toast and cereal was pretty much the only options. Bed was comfortable and clean, but wouldn’t stay there again if given the choice.

So-so

Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Towels appeared dirty and the soap, shampoo and conditional dispensers didn’t work. Breakfast was slim. Only toast, bagel, cereal, yogurt and coffee. For the price it was fine but easily could have been quite a bit better.
