I believe the property has been newly renovated approximately 12 months ago. I would highly recommend the hotel and will stay here in the future when travelling to Sydney. Very comfortable room and it was great to hear the kookaburras in the morning an easy four hour drive back to Melbourne in a very good location.

My stay at the Holbrook Motel was so comfortable, very clean, great bed, great shower, lovely furnishings, good towels, crockery, cutlery and glasses and a super quiet air-conditioner. My late check in was handled very well. The motel is on the outskirts of town but still walkable to dinner options.

Refurbished in recent times to an excellent standard. well set out both internally and externally. Thoughtful addition is a bucket and windscreen cleaner outside each unit - definitely needed on arrival. Hard to fault. Maybe a suggestion: remove the couch that faces a blank wall and replace by a small table and a couple of chairs to work at might be useful. Useful for meals and doing computer work; that was the only drawback.
