Our room was on the third floor but no elevator. Had to make five trips up and down before the front desk rep came up to get us a key card that worked. Room was very comfortable though it was difficult figuring out the tv and no clear instructions of how to use. Ran out of waffle batter at breakfast and we were almost done before more came.

Our stay was very pleasant. And many thanks to the check in guy for giving us an ADA room which was a big help. The bed was very comfortable, and the tub was wonderful for soaking in after long hours in the car. My only complaint with the room is that the air conditioner was very noisy. The continental breakfast options were slim but enough to get you going in the morning. Overall I would recommend this hotel. A comfortable clean place to lay your head when traveling.
