The cleaning staff was amazing, but the dryer needs replacing it left my clothes damp. One front desk staff member on the other hand is very unprofessional he made a clerical error in my bill and proceeded to cuss and yell when i asked him to fix it. Other than this hurt young man everything else was adequate.

Reserved an accessible room, ramp to the room was so rough had trouble rolling wifes into the room. Once in every thing was good. Breakfast was super limited as we are both diabetic and need to limit sugars.

Check in was a little slow, computer issue maybe. Clean and comfortable, but noticed just before going to bed that the toilet was leaking and needs to be resealed to the floor!

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great/hot unlike other hotels. Pool was not freezing. Didn't do breakfast but apple juice and orange juice. They had waffle makers and cereal, toast. Room shower was good pressure and temperature. Only negative was the floor should be cleaned. Feet got dirty walking across. Staff at at night was helpful and morning person had a very happy disposition. We would look to stay again.

Breakfast was basic hotel fare, but that's okay. The hot tub at the hotel was precisely what the doctor ordered at the end of the day. The close proximity to Petrified Forest National Park was great because that was the reason I stayed. Staff were super friendly

While the rooms are basic and older they were very clean and my heater worked well. I did not try the included breakfast but loved that the rooms were affordable, but still had a fridge and microwave.
