Good vibes all around, the resort was clean and peaceful

Bad experience with the missing money in the room

The property is very quiet. It was just me and my wife. Not a real party resort. Good music by the pool by building 5. The food was by far the best I've had in all the resorts I have been to. I've been to cancun punta cana st martin Jamaica and the food here was superb. The sushi at the Izakaya was amazing. The steak at the castle view was beyond tasty. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Always friendly always ready to make sure you are comfortable.

When you arrive here, do not expect to be acknowledged everyone ignores you. I have never seen this in any of my travels all over the world. This was one of the biggest disappointments. I did not feel welcomed at Hilton hotels Barbados, except for when I was ready to pay the bill they acknowledge my presence. I do not recommend this Hilton hotel save your money and stay elsewhere you will probably get a better welcome at a one or two star motel. From the people that would meet the vans at the driveway to the concierge to the people that are at the desk, checking you and no one acknowledges. You are welcomes you the waitress staff at the multiple restaurants. Do not acknowledge you unless you come to them and say you need to be helped this happen this morning in for breakfast I had to ask them for coffee when I walked up to them and tapped them on the shoulder instead of them coming to my table I had to walk to them and ask for orange juice. This is unexcused at a so-called four-star hotel at more importantly, a Hilton hotel many at the staff here need to be re-trained or replaced with people that appreciate their job and appreciate pleasing their clients and understand very much how important it is to make a very memorable experience for their clients that stay at their hotel and understand that their clients have choices to s stay elsewhere, but they pick Hilton hotel for their reputation, but unfortunately, this Hilton hotel fell way short of the Mark
